Founder and Chief Resilience Officer
Asfalis Advisors was created by Vanessa Mathews after she took a particular interest in crisis management, when as a young woman, she found herself caught up in a natural disaster for which her hometown of Atlanta wasn’t prepared.
She is also a self-proclaimed Foodie, Travel Enthusiast, Pet-Lover & avid fan of hit TV show, The Profit.
Venus Taylor Arthur, MBA, MAFM
Director of Administration
Venus Arthur serves on the leadership team and helps coordinate long-term strategic organizational plans. Some of her other duties include payroll, overseeing daily office operations and discovering talent to join the team.
She has over 20 years of financial management, accounting, reporting, budgeting, payroll, procurement, internal auditing, tax filings and financial record keeping.
