This opportunity will expose undergraduate and graduate students to leadership skills and opportunities for career advancement. For graduate students, RLA™ aligns advanced career goals with real-world applications, preparing them for leadership. The program focuses on collaboration, problem-solving, refining leadership abilities and expanding professional networks.
Vanessa Mathews, Founder and Chief Resilience Officer of Asfalis Advisors, founded the business in 2014, and relocated Asfalis Advisors from Georgia, to Charlotte, NC in 2016.
